The building would be used for warehouse racking. The new building will be 120-foot by 140-foot by 30-foot tall. The new warehouse will be constructed to the south of Ruby & Quiri’s main building. Ruby & Quiri, located on Route 30A, is looking to construct a 16,000-square-foot metal-frame building to warehouse furniture.
